You may be looking for Grenade, its counterpart in CSP.
The Frag Grenade is a thrown explosive in Critical Ops.
Compared to the Grenade from Critical Strike Portable, the distance it can travel has increased and can deal heavy damage. It is usually thrown at groups of enemies. The Frag can also propel any other thrown projectiles near it.
The Frag Grenade is useful for dealing damage to a group of unarmored players, however due to its long fuse time the frag grenade is ultimately useless since it's easy to avoid unless the enemy doesn't see it coming or if it is popped.
The Frag, unlike the Grenade in Critical strike Portable, can be dropped and picked up by players. It cannot be dropped from a killed player if the latter has equipped a gun of any kind.
- High damage when near opponents.
- Can be used at any range.
- Non-lethal on its own.
- Loud and can be detected on the radar.
- Easy to avoid.
- Can only carry 1 per round.
- Deals relatively low damage to players with kevlar.
- Its long throw distance can be disadvantageous when throwing in short corridors.
